Finally There Is Snow On Pinos!

The storm last weekend dumped between 16 and 18 inches of snow at Nordic Base. This has consolidated to about 12 inches as of this morning.

The weather service indicates a storm coming into Kern County on Saturday and Sunday with a slight chance it will get as far south as Mt. Pinos. And they note a weather system could come into the region next Tuesday or Wednesday. So winter and the ski season is not over yet for Mt. Pinos.
