Open only Saturday

What a weekend! First we were informed that the road would not be open at all so our members started making other plans.



Then on Friday evening we got word the road was open. So a scramble to get the team back together.

Finally, on Saturday enough snow was falling that we guessed Kern County would close the road again so we closed up and headed down the hill. We were correct: Kern County closed the road early Saturday evening.

The weather forecast for next week shows no storms from Tuesday afternoon through Saturday so we hope things will be more predictable.
